1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using SecureDev KSA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SecureDev KSA is a DevSecOps platform that provides automated source code security scanning (SAST, IaC, Secrets, PDPL, and SCA analysis), compliance mapping against NCA ECC-2:2024 and SAMA Cyber Security Framework, and AI-assisted vulnerability remediation guidance.

3. No Source Code Retention

The Platform does not permanently store your source code. Repository contents are temporarily cloned for the duration of a scan and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the scan completes.

4. User Accounts and Roles

Users are assigned one of five roles (Developer, Security Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Auditor, or System Admin) which determine their level of access within the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Platform includes an AI Security Coach feature powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated explanations and remediation suggestions are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified security professional before implementation. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. Compliance Scope Limitations

Compliance scoring against NCA ECC-2:2024 and SAMA frameworks is provided as a guidance tool based on automated scan findings and does not constitute a formal compliance certification or legal advice. Organizations should consult with qualified compliance professionals for formal audits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only to scan repositories you own or are authorized to scan. You may not use the Platform to scan third-party code without proper authorization.

8. Account Termination

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time through Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
